Confirmed on twitter and battlelog.

yyyyyy Awww that sucks! I didn't know they were rolling it out by region. Well, I bet you'll be awake playing so lucky you. *sad face for me* Hehe! :p I'll be checking the forums later while at work to see what you guys think of some of the updates.  Update: A friend just told me that after you do the patch update, you also have to re-download the karkand dlc. I didn't get that far since I didn't play... Update 2: According to my friend, after the patch updated he lost all his assignment weapon unlocks. Oh Em Gee!
